Luxieur Collection

All Luxieur products are made on make to order basis; hence the product can be exchanged only in the case of genuine quality issues being found in the product.

The customer will have to inform us of their intention to exchange the product within 3 days of receipt of the product.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Making charges and taxes will be deducted while determining the exchange value and buyback value of the product.
  • Exchange and buyback is applicable for products purchased at a value of up to Rs 2,00,000.
  • Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it.
  • The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/ copy of the invoice for all exchanges and buybacks.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/ jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.
  • In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the Buyback / Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  • In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
  • In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
  • For jewellery returned under the buyback policy, payments will be made within 15 days of receipt of the product.
  • Unicarat reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.

Cancellations

A customer can cancel the  order within 4 hours of placing the order. Please write to us at support@unicarat.in to request a cancellation.

Upgrade Policy (Only applicable for Lx Shield)

We do understand that you could change your phone or upgrade your phone in a few years. Hence, we are happy to provide you a new Lx Shield in exchange of the old one.

We will provide you credit of 50% of the invoice value of your old Lx Shield.

To initiate an upgrade, you must have a physical invoice copy or atleast a soft copy of the purchase of your old Lx Shield.

The product should be in a good usable condition. The condition of the product will be determined by our quality check team. If condition is found to be otherwise, our team will intimate you and let you know regarding the revised credit value.
